PC Computers are really great these days. I ca recall back in 1983 when I bought my first computer, a TRS80 16k level 2 computer, a really big beast! It was with pride that I brought it home and let it out of its cage. I plugged it and I was ready to hear the nicest roar of my life. Complete silence. This machine did not have fans, so it stood there totally silent. A little led told me it was on. Yes the beast was ALIVE!

I asked myself; Now what?. I began to read the books and began to understand basic language. I created little simple basic programs. I was astonished. Look darling! You can see my name moving on the screen! She looked at me like a mother looking at her kid with a polite smile and stepped out of the room indifferent. PC computers have progressed a lot since then. I have great memories of the shear amazement and fun I had with my humongous 16k computer up to this day.

These days we can find so many sorts of PC computers and with a lot of different gadgets, it is just incredible. And what is exciting today will be just lukewarm in the future. Time goes fast in the life of a computer.
But there is a lot to be said about PC computers.
A desktop model is something that will sit in your home, and will take care of all your personal things. Though in some cases, a desktop is more convenient in your home. For some reason, when it comes to using a computer at home, they are more secure, and more convenient. Even better, the costs for good PC computers have come down considerably. When you consider computer capacity from ten to five years ago, and the amount they charged then, you're getting twice or even more a computer today for half the money you spent then.

Though laptops are becoming more popular, there is still a big market for PC computers. If you go to an electronic store like Future Shop or Best Buy, you will probably see an equal display of both types. Even though I appreciate my laptop, I am glad to have a couple PC computers in our home. Though one of them is really old, I will change it soon with a more recent model. I always liked playing online games and find it more interesting on a regular PC computer.

If you buy PC computers today, you have more options than in the past. Some companies will let you the possibility to design your computers precisely like you want them to be. One of them is Dell computer. This means that if you are into computer gaming, they can build a system just for you. If you utilize your computer for business, there are a lot of additional things they can put in. For those who take a lot of photos, or like to play around with video, you can find PC computers that are made just for you.
