For a long time, I have been suffering from terrible headaches, yet thus far have been unable to find any kind of migraine relief. I know there exist some ways to provide kind of temporary migraine headache relief. I can try to lay absolutely still and silent in a dark room, and somehow, the pounding will lessen, but even still, it can take hours and hours to go away. I have searched all over for some sort of migraine relief, but so far I have been almost entirely unsuccessful in finding it at all.
If you have never experienced a migraine headache, then it would be hard for you to really know how important the search for good migraine relief is to those of us who do have them. A migraine will begin as a small fuzzy dot in the center of your vision. Then, slowly, it will keep expanding outward, farther and farther, until it begins to totally fill your entire field of vision. That is when the pain starts. It is the most terrible pain that you can ever imagine, and it is splitting your head apart. You feel nauseous and dizzy, and any source of light and sound is totally insupportable. At moments like that, I would almost sell my soul to get some migraine relief. The pain is so terrible that migraine relief is the only important thing in the whole world for a good long time.
To this date, there are still some migraine relief options which I have yet to try even though I tried most of the migraine medications available. I have met chiropractors who claim that they are able to heal migraines by simply manipulating the spine and the nearby muscles, but let us say that I am still a bit unconvinced. I mean, if migraine relief were indeed so easy to do, wouldn't everyone be using those methods instead of drugs which only work for some people, and take a lot of time to just kick in? I can not see why there would be any kind of migraine relief period if it were possible to get rid of these terrible headaches with no pills, no pain, and zero inconvenience? If chiropractors were able to really prevent people from having a migraine, who would not go to them? I guess it would be worth trying to have migraine relief that way, but I doubt that it will work.
I found out with the years that my migraine headaches started when I had greasy foods, sugar, chocolate or too much coffee. You have to find out for yourself what is your migraine trigger. Watch what you eat for a few weeks. One of the migraine factor is stress. In other word, before you run to the pharmacy to get a cure for migraine relief, think of what the cause could be and you will be glad you did believe me!
